MINI SALSA AND BACHATA CAMP - FOR IMPROVERS / INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED LEVELS
This Camp is a collaboration between Idrætshøjskolen Bosei and us. It is different than when we have our own camp. All the classes will be taught in English but the activities outside of the dance rooms will be in Danish.
You can still take part of the camp even if you do not speak Danish as you can see, the focus is still on all the dance classes. The classes will be divided into different levels. Have a look at the schedule below and see all the classes marked with blue (17.5 hours in total) In the evening, we will have social dancing.

Are you ready to dive into the enchanting world of Cuban Salsa, develop your dancing skills, and gain tons of inspiration? Then this is the place to be. You will also have the chance to explore other dance styles, such as the popular Bachata, as well as a bit of Rumba and Afro.
This course is a unique collaboration between ElStudio and Idrætshøjskolen Bosei, inviting you to this 5-day dance adventure, which is open to everyone with some prior dance experience, whether it's a little or a lot. We will have different levels.
This camp is an exceptional opportunity to combine the joyful world of dance with the best traditions and activities of a peoples College.
All age groups are welcome, and you don’t need a dance partner to sign up. However, if you sign up with a partner of the opposite gender, each of you will receive a 500 DKK discount, provided that you both register within 48 hours.
During these five inspiring days, you will have the opportunity to dance at various times throughout the day. Our passionate instructors, Alejandro Balmaseda & Rosely Leon from Cuba, and our own instructors, Magnus and his dance partner, will be ready to guide you through every step in a fun, supportive, and educational way, ensuring that everyone has a great experience. The classes will be taught in both Danish and English.
On the final night, there will be a big party, and on the other nights, you are also welcome to dance together.
This Camp is about more than just learning to dance. It’s also an invitation to become part of a unique community, meet new people, and share the experience of learning something new together. You will become part of an environment where each day offers unforgettable experiences, both on the dance floor and through the many other folk high school activities. Explore your creative and physical potential with sports, artistic workshops, and cozy evening events, all while surrounded by beautiful nature.
Throughout the camp, a delicious buffet will be served three times a day, and there is an option to specify if you are vegetarian, vegan, or intolerant to gluten or lactose.
At the Bosei, there are rooms with or without private bathrooms. For rooms without private bathrooms, showers and toilets are located in the hallway (individual shower and toilet cubicles).

Over disse fem inspirerende dage, vil du få muligheden for at danse på forskellige tidspunkter af dagen. Vores passionerede undervisere Alejandro Balmaseda & Rosely Leon fra Cuba og vores egne danse Magnus og danseparter, vil stå klar til at guide dig gennem hvert eneste trin, på en sjov, støttende og lærerig måde, så alle får en rigtig god oplevelse. Der bliver undervist på både dansk og engelsk.
Dén sidste aften vil der være en stor fest, og de andre aftener, er man også velkommen til at danse med hinanden. Se hele programmet her på siden.
Dette ophold handler om mere end blot at lære at danse. Det er også en invitation til at blive en del af et unikt fællesskab, møde nye mennesker og dele oplevelsen af at lære noget nyt sammen. Du vil blive en del af et miljø, hvor hver dag byder på nye uforglemmelige oplevelser, både på dansegulvet og i de mange andre højskoleaktiviteter. Udforsk dit kreative og fysiske potentiale med sport, kunstneriske workshops og hyggelige aftenarrangementer, alt imens du er omgivet af smuk natur.
Under opholdet bliver der serveret den lækreste buffet 3 gang om dagen, og der er mulighed for at tilføje om man er vegetar, veganer eller ikke kan tåle gluten eller laktose.
På højskolen er der værelser med eller uden eget bad og toilet.
På de værelser uden bad og toilet, der foregår det i de bade/toiletter som ligger ude på gangen (individuelle toilet og badekabiner)
